It it used to run camera through sewer and storm pipes from 3" to 12".
Comes with a 200 ft. reel, color monitor and VHS recording.
Locator is for locating camera head to know where the problem is in the sewer line.  Monitor has footage counter and it has invert for the picture to change the view. This save your time and money, everything works perfect, in excelent condition.
