It has a full and light weight porch awning, out door chairs, tables, picnic table, Cadac BBQ, folding awning storage cupboard, wind breaks, 2 gas bottles, out door kids toys, vacuum, all bedding, water and waste containers, it even comes with a rotary washing line and an inflatable dinghy.
The caravan is in as new condition throughout with only one small mark on the outside where the spare key was left in the door lock when opened fully. It still has 18 months manufactuers warranty left on it. We upgraded to this van due to the layout of the bunks as we have 3 small kids, and it was the best thing we ever did. If you are after the perfect family caravan than this is it.
