    Have you notified the company who's photos these are? I am sure they could have eBay by the balls for copyright related issues.

    The listing's now been removed. Where eBay are a bit too slow or can't be bothered to do their job (one of the classified ads was reported FOUR DAYS AGO and it's still there) I contact the seller or (in this case) website owner so that they can report it to eBay.
